Our Return Policy
Have you changed your mind? Are you dissatisfied with the case or protective glass? Unused merchandise can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of shipment receipt.
How To Return
Do you need to return or exchange any goods? No problem! Just write an email to hello@lemorycase.com and Terka from our customer service will help you.
And what's going to happen? We will send you an email with instructions on how to send the products back to our warehouse. Goods have to be in their original packaging, with no signs of being used, with all the protective foils and with contract withdrawal form attached. We cover the shipping costs!
Goods return
We refund your money the same way as your payment choice was. We send the money to you as soon as we receive the product back but take into consideration that money refundation to your bank account can take up to 14 days.
Exchange
You can arrange a delivery of a new product that you wish to get as a replacement at hello@lemorycase.com. You either pay the possible price difference or get it reimbursed. We ship the new merchandise as soon as possible.
How can I claim the warranty?
In case you are not satisfied with the Lemory case or you obtained a faulty product or the purchased item shows signs of damage after a very short time of using, please, write to us.
Describe your experience and attach a photo of the damage. Together we are able to solve the problem :)
